The Gay Republic started life as a facebook group and now has it's own website
The Gay Republic describes itself as an alternative classification of the Gay district of Auckland’s inner city, comprised of Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Herne Bay, St. Marys Bay, Parnell, New Market, Newton and Kingsland.
Originally formed as a unique social experience, the Republic takes part in a number of Auckland events. Our goal is to make the most of life and expand social networks.
